WebLEDS™ delivers instant, secure access to LEDS, NCIC, and INTERPOL data for criminal justice professionals across Oregon — on any device, anywhere.
Established by the 1969 Oregon Legislature, LEDS — now comprehensively known as the Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) — provides access to state databases as well as the FBI's NCIC for every U.S. state and territory, and INTERPOL for participating countries worldwide via Nlets.

From desktop to field operations, WebLEDS™ provides the tools agencies need to access critical information instantly and securely.
Our cloud-based solution via AWS GovCloud. No hardware to purchase, no software to install, no systems to maintain. Sign up for the monthly subscription and your users can begin within days.
Also available as an on-site server solution for agencies with IT staff who prefer in-house control of all operations.
This solution is perfect for detectives, bike officers, motor officers, and others who work in the field who are away from in-vehicle data terminals. With screens formatted for mobile devices, this solution delivers CJIS data in a clean, easy to read, and easy to navigate format.
The WebLEDS Mobile Data Terminal (WL-Mobile) application provides the most flexible, customizable, and feature-rich in-car solution on the market. Running on any MS Windows operating system, the WL-Mobile interface provides a nearly limitless ability to customize each installation to satisfy the user’s preferences. From font style, color, and size to button titles, to screen layout, and on – the options are nearly infinite.
Another unique feature is a one-button “Hide Screen” option which hides all returns, thus ensuring no CJIS data is visible to unauthorized people.
Automates large-volume transactions: Agencies processing hundreds or thousands of records at a time know the burden of manual entry. Each driver, wanted person, or criminal history check requires pulling up the mask, referencing source documents, and keying required identifiers. At 1–2 minutes per transaction, even 30 records can consume 30–60 minutes of staff time—while introducing the risk of keystroke errors that can carry serious consequences. With WL-Batch, the same 30 transactions are completed in under five seconds—accurately and consistently—dramatically reducing human error and reclaiming valuable personnel time.
When paired with WL-Scan, the system goes even further by automatically screening responses for user-defined disqualifying criteria, separates positive and negative returns into distinct message folders, minimizes the risk of missed hits, and eliminates the need for manual review of negative responses. - - The result is faster processing, cleaner data, and greater operational confidence—at scale.
Numerous application programming interfaces allow agencies to integrate their internal software systems with WebLEDS™, maximizing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Regardless which application you use to access CJIS data — cell phone, tablet, or computer — your data is protected by AWS GovCloud services, operated by U.S. citizens on U.S. soil.
AWS GovCloud regions are only accessible to U.S. entities and root account holders who pass a screening process, ensuring the highest level of data sovereignty and protection.
Two regions — US-East and US-West — providing compliance for CUI, PII, medical records, financial data, law enforcement data, and export-controlled information at every stage.
